A roaring fireplace, large windows, and beautiful interiors will impress your guests, and thoughtful homey touches will put them at ease.  Set on three wooded acres, The Pines showcases all nature has to offer – rustling groves of pine trees, Colorado wildflowers, even the occasional curious elk.

Whether you’re planning a large event or an intimate retreat, The Pines at Genesee accommodates groups up to 250 people on one level. With 12,000 square feet on two levels and outdoor patio areas with postcard views, The Pines provides ample and comfortable space for your individual needs. Separate smaller rooms provide even more flexibility.  The Pines is fully accessible for the disabled.

ALL INCLUSIVE
RENTAL PACKAGES

The Pines rental rates includes unlimited amounts of the following items from our extensive in-house inventory of wedding and event accessories:​​​

  • Tables and chairs

  • Floor length linen for guest seated tables, all buffets, cake table, gift table, and DJ table

  • Unlimited china, flatware and glassware

CEREMONIES

We offer two beautiful outdoor wedding terraces for the perfect accompaniment to your reception here at The Pines. The Aspen Wedding Terrace provides an elegant, picture perfect backdrop with two wooden trellises and stunning brick pavers. The Evergreen Wedding Terrace celebrates the natural beauty of the Colorado mountains with stately pine trees, granite boulders and a log trellis. Ceremonies must be booked with a reception.

CATERING 

We are exclusive to our in-house caterer, The Pines Catering. In addition, we will provide all of the non-alcoholic beverages including basic juices and sodas, tonic water, club soda, and coffee. We will also provide all the ice, and basic bar fruit. Speaking of the bar, The Pines does not hold a liquor license. Therefore, whatever alcohol you buy and bring, our bartenders will serve for you once it’s here at The Pines. We do not charge a corkage fee.
