We do not have any required vendors here at The Pines at Genesee however, we do offer a list of recommended vendors. This list will be provided at your tour and is a great place to begin your search!

The Pines at Genesee offers vendor packages to help make your wedding planning easier.  They have been designed just for clients of The Pines and reflect a discount from regular pricing. With these package options, The Pines will coordinate with the vendors on your behalf.

Below you will find all of our current vendor package options and their pricing. 

VENDOR PACKAGES

Espresso Cart

Provided by The Espresso Affair

Standard
Espresso Cart - $625

This package Includes:

  • One Barista to serve Espresso, Lattes, Cappuccinos, Mocha, Hot Chocolate, Steamers, and Chai Lattes

  • Seven flavor options, including 2 sugar free

  • Free refills for guests

  • Machine rental, delivery, setup, clean up, and full liability insurance

  • 3 hours of service*

  • 60 8oz drinks per hour

* Additional time is available on your wedding day for $100.00 per hour.

Copper or Silver
Espresso Cart - $750

This package Includes:

  • All items included in the Standard Package

  • This machine has a double boiler and can produce 85 drinks per hour, 1/3 more drinks/hour than the Standard Cart.

  • Choice of a copper or silver dome (aesthetic difference only)

Day of Planner

Provided by
A Touch of Bliss Events 

Basic Package - $1500 (up to 100 guests); $1800 (over 100 guests)

This Package Includes:

  • Google Drive folder to track all of your wedding documents- vendor tracking, décor planning, ceremony planning, table assignments

  • Resources website with information on getting your marriage license, duties for special people, invitation suggestions, décor lists, tipping guide, and so much more.

  • Attendance at your Pines planning meeting & tasting- approx. 5-6 months prior to your wedding

  • Post-details meeting email, phone, and video call support as you finalize your wedding details

  • A video meeting 1 month prior to your wedding to confirm everything is ready to go.

  • Coordinating details and timelines with all vendors

  • Review and add personal details to wedding day timeline

  • Drop off your décor to the A Touch of Bliss office 1 week prior to your wedding so we can bring it to the wedding for you or we’ll take it off your hands at the rehearsal

  • Rehearsal coordination + printed day-of timeline & mini-itineraries to give to your wedding party

  • Lead coordinator on site for unlimited hours including décor set up, vendor coordination, ceremony coordination, and managing your timeline.

  • Packing up all your gifts, décor, and personal items at the end of the night​

Plus Package - $1875

  • All items included in the Basic Package

  • Custom and complete wedding planning timeline and checklist so you know what to do when

  • Budgeting and tracking spreadsheet to start you off on the right foot!

  • Assistant coordinator for the full day – extra hands to take care of your wedding party and guests

  • 1 hour video call anytime during your planning process to ask our experts anything you want

DJ Packages

Ceremony and Reception 
$925
plus tax

This package Includes:

  • 1 hour of play time for the ceremony

  • Wireless handheld microphone and stand for the ceremony

  • 2 wireless lapel microphone for the ceremony

  • 2 speakers during the ceremony

  • Movement and re-set of any necessary equipment from the ceremony to the reception

  • 3 ½ hours of play time for reception

  • Cocktail hour music (played on house sound system)

  • All necessary equipment including wireless microphone for toasts

  • One meeting with the DJ who will be at your wedding

  • Unlimited phone calls and emails directly with the DJ who will be at your wedding

Additional microphones for the ceremony would be an additional cost and arranged directly with your DJ.  Additional time would be arranged directly with your DJ for an additional cost of $150 per hour

Reception Only 
$695
plus tax

This package Includes:

  • 3 ½ hours of play time

  • Cocktail hour music (played on house sound system)

  • All necessary equipment including wireless microphone for toasts

  • One meeting with the DJ who will be at your wedding

  • Unlimited phone calls and emails directly with the DJ who will be at your wedding

Additional time would be arranged directly with your DJ for an additional cost of $150 per hour

Up-Lighting 
$250 
plus tax

This package Includes up-lighting provided by 12 lights in your choice of color. You may add an additional 4 lights, if they are available, for an additional $50.

Photography

Photography Package - $2395 plus tax

This Package Includes:

  • Up to 5 hours of photography at The Pines at Genesee

  • One Photographer

  • Disc, USB or downloadable zip file of all edited pictures taken during your wedding in high resolution

  • Unlimited photos during your 5 hours

  • Copyright and ownership rights to all your wedding photos (photographer reserves copyright as well)

  • One hour engagement session at beautiful and diverse locations around photographer’s studio (other locations may incur an additional charge).

  • Digital copy of 15 of the photos taken during engagement session.

  • Website with photos posted for 2-4 months for viewing by friends and family

  • Unlimited phone and email contact with the photographer that will be working with you on your wedding date.

Arrangements can be made directly with your photographer for additional items such as: albums, parent albums, additional photographer, prints, extra time or additional locations.

Cake & Cupcake Packages

Provided by Bittersweets Bakery 

Tiered Cake Package 

$7.25 per person plus tax

($200 minimum

This Package Includes:

  • 1 serving per person

  • Butter cream icing round cake with basic decorations

  • Choice of any of the flavors listed on the bakery’s website

  • Delivery and set up

  • Placing of cake topper and flowers (if applicable)

  • Free cake tasting at the bakery

  • Free anniversary cake

Cupcake Package 

$3.00 per cupcake plus tax

($200 minimum

This Package Includes:

  • Choice of cupcake flavors from Bittersweets Bakery website, including specialty flavors, if desired

  • Choice of frosting

  • 1 tasting at the bakery

  • Delivery and set-up of the cupcakes

Add an 8″ display cake for cutting for $55

Sheet Cake Package 

$2.50 per person plus tax  

This Package Includes:

  • Sheet cakes to be cut in the kitchen with your choice of either vanilla or chocolate butter cream icing and your choice of flavors and fillings

  • Delivery and Set up

  • Free tasting at the bakery

  • Free Anniversary Cake

 

Add an 8″ display cake for cutting for $55.

Allergen free options are available, ask bakery for details.  All cakes will be baked fresh before your special event.

 

Additional costs may apply for unique or specialty flavors, fondant, airbrushing, flowers, sugar flowers, sugar artistry, toppers, unique shapes, intricate piping, extra tiers, groom’s cake, additional decoration or hardware rental. Contact Bittersweets Bakery to schedule a tasting.

Videography

This Package Includes: 

  • Up to 5 hours of videography at The Pines at Genesee

  • One Videographer

  • Disc, USB or downloadable zip file of the 3-5 minute highlight video

  • Up to 2 cameras used during ceremony and reception events

  • Professional audio recording to include in highlight video

  • Video rights to your wedding video

  • Unlimited phone and email contact with the videographer that will be working with you on your wedding date.

Arrangements can be made directly with your videographer for additional items such as: additional videographer, extra time, additional edits of ceremony, stand alone edit, or additional locations.

Photobooth

Additional time would be arranged directly with vendor for an additional cost of $150 per hour.

This package is not recommended on the lower level for events over 150 people due to space concerns.
