At The Pines, you will be immersed in a warmly elegant mountain-contemporary setting, pampered by expert and caring staff, and inspired by views of Colorado’s Front Range and downtown Denver beyond.  A roaring fireplace, large windows, and beautiful interiors will impress your guests, and thoughtful homey touches will put them at ease.  Set on three wooded acres, all nature has to offer lies just outside—rustling groves of pine trees, Colorado flora and fauna, event the occasional curious elk.

Large Capacity and Flexibility:  Whether you’re planning a large event or an intimate retreat, The Pines at Genesee accommodates groups from five to five hundred.  With 12,000 square feet on two levels and outdoor patio areas with postcard views, The Pines provides ample and comfortable space for your individual needs. 

All Inclusive Rental Packages:  The Pines rental rates includes unlimited amounts of the following items from our extensive in-house inventory of wedding and event accessories:

• Tables and chairs
  
• Floor length linen for guest seated tables, all buffets,cake table, gift table, and DJ table.  Our linen comes in a rainbow variety of colors 
  
• Unlimited china. Your choice of ivory with either a silver or gold band
  
• Unlimited flatware from our elegant needlepoint pattern

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Charge: We will provide all of the non-alcoholic beverages to include: water, juice, soda, tonic water, club soda, coffee and ice, along with an unlimited amount of glassware to include bar glassware for your event. This charge is mandatory and is $4.75 per person.

Catering: We are exclusive to our in-house caterer, LeBrian's Catering.
