LeBrian's provides abundant choices of delectable and exquisite cuisine, sure to please even the most discriminating palate.   We pioneered the concept of the "Walk-Around-Feast," an exciting and interactive method of food preparation and presentation where food is prepared and served at one or more buffets. We also specialize in brunches, buffet dinners, and the traditional sit-down dinners complete with all the trimmings. You can also add either butler-style passed hors d'oeuvres or a stationary hors d'oeuvres table. Select from one of our thoughtfully prepared menus or design your own to fit your theme or your guests' requirements.

Bar Policies - Alcoholic Beverages
Here at The Pines, we do not hold a liquor license. Therefore, whatever it is that you buy and bring, we can serve it for you once it's here at The Pines. We will also provide bartenders for your bar service. We do not charge a corkage fee. We can assist in ordering alcoholic beverages, serving them, and arranging their return for credit. The liquor store bills you directly at their prices. This results in tremendous savings for you! We will also provide all of the non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, ice and incidental bar items for a per person charge. The bar is open for a consecutive 4 1/2 hours and will not open until food is being served.
