Formal Buffet Dinner
Your guests are seated and served a plated first course.
There will also be an assortment of dinner breads and rolls
at your guest tables. After the first course the guests are
then directed through a beautiful buffet consisting of two
entrees and three side dishes of your choice, plus a seasonal fruit dish. If requested,
our staff will also serve wine to your guests while enjoying
dinner.

Sit-Down Dinner
Your guests will be seated and served their first course. This is also
served with an assortment of dinner breads and rolls at your guest tables.
After the plated first course, your guests will be served their plated pre-selected
entrée course. If requested, our staff will also serve wine to your
guests while enjoying dinner.

a Formal Buffet Dinner, please select one item from the first course
selections, and three of our side dishes. On a
Sit-Down Dinner, please select one item from the first course
selections and two of our side dishes. Each meal will
be served with a seasonal fruit dish and and breadbasket. Both Buffet and Sit-Down dinners
