New Minimum Order Policies
$400 Minimum Order for
ALL Drop-Off Catering
* There may be a minimum order for
box lunch sandwiches and lunch salads. We ask that if you are ordering box lunches, you keep your box selections to 3-5 options.
* There may be a minimum order policy that will vary upon delivery location.
* There may be an additional fuel surcharge applied to your bill, depending upon delivery location.

Payment and
Billing Policies
The Pines accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard and we will be happy
to charge your order on your account. We can also bill you after your event,
or bring the invoice with the delivery - just ask! Checks and cash are accepted.
Cancellation
and Delivery Policies
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so two days in advance or you will receive and be charged for your order. Delivery rates vary
according to the location and time. Please inquire about the cost. In order
to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we schedule deliveries 30 minutes
prior to your eating time. We usually pick up our equipment the same day of
the order, unless otherwise requested. Any leftover food is yours to keep,
and we can supply to-go containers upon request. There is a charge for missing
or damaged equipment.
