Buffet Lunches
All our food is made fresh daily. Each buffet includes the dessert of the day, plates, plasticware, condiments, and serving pieces. Prices are per person. There is a minimum order of 15 on each of these buffets.

Traditional Buffets

Chicken Fried Steak - $12.50
Our chicken fried steak is served with a crispy crust and peppered gravy. Accompanied by “smashed potatoes,” spiced carrots, chunky apple sauce, tossed salad, rolls and butter.

Deli Array - $11.95
Sliced smoked turkey, honey ham, and top round of beef are accompanied by breads and Kaiser rolls, sliced Cheddar and Swiss cheeses, leaf lettuce, sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and mustard for you to create your own sandwich. Served with deviled eggs, pickles, olives, fresh fruit, pasta salad, and chips.

Fried Chicken - $11.95
Choice pieces of chicken are breaded and fried in canola oil. Accompanied by potato salad, corn muffins, fresh fruit, and chips.

Good Ol’ BBQ - $11.50
Your choice of top round roast beef or chicken mesquite grilled with BBQ sauce and served with Kaiser rolls. Accompanied by coleslaw, baked beans, potato chips, and watermelon.

Gourmet Spuds - $10.00
Large baked potatoes are accompanied by brimming bowls of sour cream, bacon crumbles, shredded Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, whipped butter, and salt and pepper. Served with garden green salad and fresh fruit.

Le Brian’s Meatloaf - $11.75
Always a favorite. Served with mushroom sauce, garden green salad, “smashed potatoes,” apple and grape waldorf salad, and Parmesan toast.

Marge’s Pot Pies - $11.95
Your choice of chicken, turkey, or beef, filled with fresh garden vegetables, and just the right seasonings. Accompanied by salad, fruit, rolls and butter.

Norwegian Salmon Filet - $14.25
Grilled salmon filets with cucumber sauce are accompanied by green salad, Fettucini primavera, apple and grape waldorf salad, and fluffy croissants.

Red Beans and Rice - $10.50
Our version of this classic New Orleans dish. Red beans, white rice, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, and Cajun seasonings are combined, and topped with chunks of buffalo sausage. Served with spinach salad, apple and grape waldorf salad, and corn muffins.

Sheepherder’s Stew - $11.75
Le Brian’s chunky beef stew is served with sheepherder’s bread. Accompanied by garden salad and fresh fruit.

Soup and Salad - $11.95
Choose from the day’s fresh hot soups and create your own salad with assorted greens and spinach, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, sesame seeds, croutons, and dressings. Served with ham and cheese croissants.

Buffets From Around the World

Chicken Italiano - $11.75
Mesquite grilled chicken breasts are topped with Marinara, mushrooms, tomatoes, and Swiss cheese. Also includes green beans almondine, garden salad, fruit, rolls and butter.

Chili Rellenos - $10.95
Anahiem green chilies are stuffed with Monterey Jack cheese and baked in southwestern egg custard. Served with hot bean dip and chips, garden salad, and fresh fruit.

Chicken Vegetable Sesame Sauté - $11.75
Oriental chicken is sautéed with vegetables and seasonings, then tossed with toasted sesame seeds. Served with fried rice, Mandarin spinach salad, and crispy wonton chips.

Chimichanga Bar - $11.75
Flour tortillas are filled with your choice of spicy chicken or tangy beef. Rolled and quickly fried until crispy. Sprinkled with shredded cheese, and accompanied by guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce, and tomatoes for toppings. Also includes southwestern vegetables and fruit.

Colorado Chili - $10.50
Chili con carne with shredded Cheddar cheese and onions is served with jalapeno corn muffins, coleslaw, and fresh fruit.

Hot Lo Mein Noodles - $11.50
Lo mein noodles are tossed with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, snow peas, red peppers, water chestnuts, baby corn, and zucchini. Served with spicy pork egg rolls, tossed salad, and fruit.

Jerk Chicken - $11.95
Boneless chicken breasts are marinated in jerk seasonings and grilled over mesquite. Served with spicy roasted potatoes, garden greens, apple waldorf salad, and corn muffins.

Lemon Chicken - $12.50
Choice chicken breasts are lightly floured and sautéed until crispy, then tossed with lemon sauce and seasonings. Accompanied by steamed rice, stir fry vegetables, wonton crisps, and fresh fruit.

Our Own Lasagna - $12.00
Our homemade sauce makes this delightful. Your choice of meat or vegetable, with fresh Italian garden salad, apple and grape waldorf, and Parmesan toast.

Pasta Bar - $11.00
Choose either Tortellini or Fettucini Primavera with your choice of creamy alfredo or spunky tomato basil sauce. Accompanied by antipasto, spinach salad, fresh fruit, and Parmesan toast.

Pecan Chicken - $13.50
Boneless chicken breasts are breaded with crushed pecans and bread crumbs, baked until golden, then drizzled with Szechwan peanut sauce. Served with oriental rice, fresh fruit, garden salad, and wonton crisps.

Spaghetti Pie - $11.75
Spaghetti pasta al dente is tossed with spicy Italian sausage sauce or tomato basil sauce and layered with Ricotta cheese. Sprinkled with shredded Mozzarella cheese and baked until bubbly. Accompanied by garden green salad, apple and grape waldorf salad, and Parmesan toast.

Southwestern Fajitas - $12.50
Your choice of beef, chicken, or a combination. Served with tortillas and brimming bowls of guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and shredded Cheddar cheese. Includes Mexican vegetables, garden salad, and fresh fruit.

On the Healthier Side

In our on-going effort to satisfy, we have created these buffets that are lower in fat, cholesterol, and sodium. Low- and non-fat ingredients and accompaniments, such as cheese, dressing, mayonnaise, and yogurt are used. Each buffet includes rolls with low-fat margarine and a delicious, but guilt-free dessert, as well as plates, plasticware, condiments, and serving pieces. The minimum order is 15.

Baked Fried Chicken - $12.25
Choice pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts are coated with yogurt and seasoned bread crumbs, and baked. Served with herbed rice and garden pea salad, fresh fruit, and green salad with herb dressing.

Break for a Sandwich - $11.50
Smoked turkey is sliced and layered on wheat bread, and garnished with cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouts, and lettuce. Served with mustard and mayonnaise, chilled Angel Hair Primavera, fresh fruit, and marinated mushrooms.

Mesquite Chicken - $12.50
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are seasoned with Italian herbs and grilled over mesquite until juicy. Accompanied by long grain brown rice, grilled lemon pepper vegetables, fresh fruit, and cottage cheese.

Skinny Salad Buffet - $11.75
Spaghetti al dente is tossed with vinaigrette, red and green peppers, cucumber chunks, carrot slivers, lemon pepper, spike, and Parmesan cheese. Garnished with julienne smoked turkey and accompanied by garden green salad with herb dressing, cottage cheese, and fresh fruit.

Teriyaki Salmon - $15.25
Salmon filets, which are very low in saturated fat, are seasoned and grilled, then drizzled with homemade Teriyaki sauce. Served chilled with string bean and red bell pepper salad, fresh fruit, and spinach salad with vinaigrette.

Turkey Meat Loaf - $12.95
A healthier version of our popular entree. Ground white turkey meat is combined with bell peppers, onions, bread crumbs, egg whites, Italian seasonings, and baked. Topped with chunky Marinara sauce and accompanied by roasted spuds, garden salad, and lemon pepper string beans.

 

New Buffet Selections:

 

Chicken Divan - $12.25
Bite size pieces of chicken are combined with tender broccoli and a Dijon cream sauce and topped with cheddar cheese. This is served with a garden green salad, an apple waldorf salad, dinner rolls and the dessert of the day.

Eggplant Parmesan - $11.50
Eggplant cutlets are lightly dredged in panko breadcrumbs and sauteed until golden brown. They are then put into a casserole with marinara and mozzarella cheese. This is served hot with a grilled vegetable antipasto platter, portabella ravioli, Caesar salad, feta toast and the dessert of the day.

Chicken Parmesan - $11.50
Grilled Chicken breasts are lightly dredged in panko breadcrumbs and sauteed until golden brown. They are then put into a casserole with marinara and mozzeralla cheese. This is served with a grilled vegetable antipasto platter, portabella ravioli, Ccaesar salad, feta toast and a dessert of the day.

Grilled Rosemary Chicken - $11.75
Boneless chicken breasts are seasoned with fresh rosemary and herbs. They are then sauteed and drizzled with honey Dijon. This is served with a spinach salad, fresh fruit platter, grilled asparagus, dinner rolls and a dessert of the day.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole - $11.50
Tender pieces of chicken are sliced and layered with corn torillas, enchilada sauce, and cheddar cheese. Baked until bubbly hot. This is served with homemade chips and salsa, petite chimichangas, garden salad, waldorf salad and a dessert of the day.

Salisbury Steak Dijon - $11.00
Ground beef steaks are grilled and topped with a Dijon mushroom demi glace sauce. This is served with parmesan mashed potaotes, green beans almondine, fresh fruit, dinner rolls and the dessert of the day.

"Build Your Own Italian Hoagie" - $9.75
Thinly sliced herbed beef is served with sauteed onions and peppers and then topped with mozzarella cheese. This is served on a toasted hoagie. Served with steak fries, baked beans, cole slaw, watermelon wedges and the dessert of the day.
