A flour tortilla crust is filled with a combination of scrambled eggs, green
chilies, Chorizo sausage, red bell peppers, scallions, and melted Cheddar cheese
and baked. Served with spicy breakfast potatoes, breakfast sweets, bottled
juice, and fresh brewed coffee.
Tator Tot Caserole - $12.00
Similar to the southwestern casserole, but we add tater tots to this one! It's a combination of scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, enchilada sauce, scallions and red peppers. Served with assorted breakfst sweets, bottled juice and fresh brewed coffee. We can also add sausage or ham to this casserole, just ask!
Scrambled Egg & Chorizo Enchilladas - $11.50
Scrambled eggs, chorizo sausage, cheddar cheese, and southwestern seasonings are wrapped in flour torillas, drizzled with enchilada sauce, topped with more cheese and baked until piping hot. Scrambled eggs wth ham, peppers, onions, and cheese is served along with waffles, sugared berries and syrup. Also include fresh fruit or a breakfast salad, bottled juice and fresh brewed coffee.
