Packages
The Pines at Genesee now offers packages to help make your wedding planning easier. You can choose to do any combination of the packages below or do all of them. Other than the Pines Package, these are vendor packages that are optional. They do not include the facility or the catering. We offer these packages to help you with your planning, but these services and items are provided through outside vendors. The Pines will coordinate with the vendors on your behalf.

Pines Package – Free
Every event at The Pines includes all of the following at NO CHARGE:
- Event Coordinator – Your event coordinator will work with you throughout the process of planning your wedding. She will also do a planning meeting with you and be there the day of your wedding to make sure everything goes exactly the way you planned.
- Tables
- Chairs
- Floor-length linen available in over 30 colors – many venues do not include linen, limit you to black, white and ivory or provide linens that only cover the table top.
- Silverware
- China in your choice of white with a silver rim or ivory with a gold rim
- Glassware in every style you need, including: wine glasses, water glasses, coffee cups, beer glasses, martini glasses and champagne glasses
- Set-up and tear down
Ceremonies at The Pines include all of the following at NO CHARGE:
- Chairs
- White, cloth aisle runner – many aisle runners are paper or plastic that blow away, get caught or have holes. Our aisle runners are made of a heavy cloth that is not disposable. This means that it doesn’t catch, get holes from high heels, blow away or cause tripping hazards
- Table with linen for unity ceremonies or anything else you may need it for
- Set-up and tear-down of the chairs, aisle runner and table
Romance Package - $2075 plus $9.00 per person plus tax
This is our most comprehensive package and includes almost everything you need for your wedding that is not already provided through the facility or the catering (the rental of the facility and the catering are separate - this is for other vendor services and products only). If this package doesn’t work for you, you can pick and choose among all of our individual packages. See below under the individual packages to see a description of what is included for each item.
This package includes:
- DJ and equipment for both the ceremony and reception
o Can substitute harpist for DJ at ceremony for an additional $275
o Adjustment can be made if ceremony is not occurring at The Pines at Genesee
- Up-lighting
- Photography
- Cake (minimums apply)
- Chair covers
Package does not include flowers, but a floral package can be added to the Romance Package at regular rates listed below.
DJ Packages
Reception Only DJ Package - $625 plus tax
Includes all of the following:
- 3 ½ hours of play time
- Cocktail hour music (played on house sound system)
- All necessary equipment including wireless microphone for toasts
- One meeting with the DJ who will be at your wedding
- Unlimited phone calls and emails directly with the DJ who will be at your wedding
Additional time would be arranged directly with your DJ for an additional cost of $100 per hour
Ceremony and Reception DJ Package - $775 plus tax
Includes all of the following:
- 1 hour of play time for the ceremony
- Wireless handheld microphone and stand for the ceremony
- 1 wireless lapel microphone for the ceremony
- Movement and re-set of any necessary equipment from the ceremony to the reception
- 3 ½ hours of play time for reception
- Cocktail hour music (played on house sound system)
- All necessary equipment including wireless microphone for toasts
- One meeting with the DJ who will be at your wedding
- Unlimited phone calls and emails directly with the DJ who will be at your wedding
Additional time would be arranged directly with your DJ for an additional cost of $100 per hour
Up-lighting Package - $200 plus tax (Must be purchased with one of the DJ Packages)
Includes up-lighting provided by 8 lights in your choice of color
(Additional lights have additional cost)
Package Providers: Your Choice of Quality Mobile Sound or Jammin' DJs depending on availability
Live Harpist Packages
Ceremony Only Harp Package - $450
Includes all of the following:
- 1 hour of harp music (half hour before the ceremony and half an hour for the ceremony)
- One meeting with the harpist at her home to choose music
- Unlimited phone calls and emails directly with the harpist who will be at your wedding
Additional time would be arranged directly with your harpist for additional cost
Ceremony and Reception Harp Package - $600
Includes all of the following:
- 1 hour of harp music for the ceremony (half hour before the ceremony and half an hour for the ceremony)
- 1 hour of music played during cocktail hour
- Movement and re-set of any necessary equipment from the ceremony to the reception
- One meeting with the harpist at her home to choose music
- Unlimited phone calls and emails directly with the harpist who will be at your wedding
Additional time would be arranged directly with your harpist for an additional cost
Reception Only Harp Package - $250 for the first hour, $200 for each additional hour
Includes all of the following:
- Music for the time block scheduled
- One meeting with the harpist at her home to choose music
- Unlimited phone calls and emails directly with the harpist who will be at your wedding
Package Provider: Harp By Jane
Photographer Package - $1250 plus tax
Includes all of the following:
- Up to 5 hours of photography at The Pines at Genesee
- Photographer
- Disc with all pictures taken during your event in high resolution
- Unlimited photos
- Copyright and ownership rights to all your photos (photographer reserves copyright as well)
- 1 hour engagement session at the location of your choice
- Website with photos posted for 2 months for viewing by friends and family
- Unlimited phone and email contact with the photographer that will be working with you on your wedding date.
Arrangements can be made directly with your photographer for additional items such as: albums, parent albums, additional photographer, prints, extra time or additional locations.
Package Provider: Your choice of Randall Olsson Photography or Chris Noll Photography depending on availability
Cake Package - $4.50 per person plus tax
Minimum of $200 total
This package includes:
- 1 serving per person
- Choice of 16 cake flavors
- Choice of 8 filling flavors
- Choice of 4 frosting flavors
- 1 tasting at the bakery
- Basic Decoration
- Large variety of colors
- Delivery and set-up of the cake
- Sweetheart Cake (small cake for the couple to take home after the wedding)
- Anniversary Cake
Additional costs may apply for unique flavors, flowers, liquor, sugar artistry, toppers, additional decoration or hardware rental

Cupcake Package - $20 per dozen plus tax
Minimum of $200 total
This package includes:
- Choice of 16 cupcake flavors
- Choice of 4 frosting flavors
- 1 tasting at the bakery
- Delivery and set-up of the cupcakes
For an additional $35, a topper for the top of the cupcake tower can be added.
Additional costs may apply for unique flavors, fillings, additional decoration beyond frosting, flowers, liquor, sugar artistry or hardware rental

Chair Cover Package -$5.50 per chair plus tax
Price includes:
- Choice of poly or satin chair cover in choice of black, white or ivory
- Sash in choice of 150 colors
- Delivery
- Installation of chair cover and sash
Floral Packages
Our florist packages are separated depending on the type of flowers. Delivery and set-up is included if centerpieces are ordered. If only personal flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres) are ordered, there is a delivery charge of $65.
Package # 1 – Romantic Roses
The bridal bouquet can be white roses. For the rest of the flowers in the package, you can choose from the following: pink, red, yellow, orange or lavender.
Bridal Bouquet:
- Hand tied using a dozen roses & greenery - $49 plus tax OR
- Hand tied using 2 dozen roses & greenery - $95 plus tax OR
- Hand tied using a combo of 2 dozen roses and gerbera daisies- $99 plus tax
Bridesmaid Bouquets
- Hand tied with 3 roses and greenery - $22 plus tax each OR
- Hand tied with 1 dozen roses and greenery - $49 plus tax each OR
- Hand tied with 1 dozen roses, gerbera daisies and greenery - $49 plus tax each
Boutonnieres – Single rose with greenery -$12 plus tax each
Shoulder Corsage - Roses with greenery - $25 plus tax each
Wrist Corsage - Roses with greenery - $28 plus tax each
Centerpieces:
- Option 1 – Floating roses in a low fish bowl - $32 per table plus tax
- Option 2 – Combination arrangement of roses, astromeria, carnations and assorted greenery - $32 per table plus tax
- Option 3 – Combination arrangement of roses, gerbera daisies and greenery - $32 per table plus tax
- Option 4 – Combination arrangement of roses, spider mums, carnations and seeded eucalyptus - $32 per table plus tax
Package # 2 – Charming Calla Lilies
Bridal Bouquet
- Hand tied with 9 white calla lilies and greenery - $95 plus tax
Bridesmaid Bouquets
- Hand tied with 5 white calla lilies and greenery - $49 each plus tax
Boutonnieres - White mini calla lily and greenery - $14 each plus tax
Shoulder Corsage -White mini calla lilies and greenery - $25 each plus tax
Wrist Corsage -White mini calla lilies and greenery - $28 each plus tax
Centerpieces:
- Option 1 – Calla lily and bear grass wrapped inside of round bowl - $32 per table plus tax
- Option 2 – Tall, slender vase with pebbles and 2 white calla lilies - $32 per table plus tax
- Option 3 – Combination arrangement of white calla lilies and greenery - $32 per table plus tax
Package #3 – Wonderful Wildflowers
Bridal Bouquet
- Hand tied – Includes 5 of the following flower types and assorted greenery: Solidago, Daisies, Delphinium, Misty Blue, Sunflowers, Lavender, Astilbe, Snapdragons, Liatris - $75 plus tax
Bridesmaid Bouquet
- Hand tied – Includes same flowers as bridal bouquet but in a smaller size - $39 each plus tax
Boutonnieres
- Same type of flowers as bridal bouquet with greenery - $12 each plus tax
Shoulder Corsage –Matching wildflowers and greenery - $25 each plus tax
Wrist Corsage - Matching wildflowers and greenery - $28 each plus tax
Centerpieces:
- Arrangement includes the same type of wildflowers chosen for bridal bouquet and greenery - $32 per table plus tax
Additional add-ons to be arranged directly with the florist: Ceremony flowers, toss bouquet, cake flowers
